Biography<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Xiao Ye, born in October 1981, came from a musical family. A Professional Musician, Producer, Composer, and Guitar Virtuoso.\u00a0he started learning piano when he was 3 years old under Mr. Yuanzhen Zhu, a famous pianoist and educator in China.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He started playing the guitar in 1997, totally self-taught. In his early days, he took great inspiration from rock\u2019n roll music. He then formed the band “Mantis Arm” in 1999.\u00a0Took up the post of the music director and live guitar of “Superman”, a famous music talent show in China, in the years 2003 and 2007.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also, in 2004 and 2006, he took up the post of the music director and live guitar of “Supergirl”, a female version of the previously mentioned “Superman” show that also had a great reception in China.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Formed the instrumental band “Solo Party” in 2009, which participated in many Music festivals in China.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2013, he took up the post of the music director and live guitar of “The X Factor”, the hottest music show of today in China.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I heard about Bacchus for the first time about four years ago. I was doing a recording session in a studio and the bassist used a Bacchus bass for the recording. My first impression of this bass is that it is of supreme quality and resonance, and it is pretty light weight. I’d even call it a revolutionary jazz bass and the sound is more modern than a traditional Jazz bass, which is more suitable for the song that we worked for.<\/p>\n

Lately I got this Bacchus Empire Custom guitar from the local distributor and I was very impressed by every detail of this guitar. I played a lot of high end guitar and I can say this Bacchus Empire Custom exceeds most of them. The super light weight Honduran Mahogany body has an incredible response and tone. Amazing tone wood indeed! The abalone leaves-inspired inlaywork, binding, fret works, every detail is what I’ve been looking for for years! The luthiers behind this guitar really know everything that a player could want. After this guitar I tried the Global series model GS-001 because sometimes I want a cheaper guitar to practice. And all I can say is that this cheaper GS-001 is a real good deal for both the pro-musicians and for beginners.
\nIt has a very nice neck shape, smooth, and it is quite slim. The fretboard radius is just right for me and the fret works is really good. <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
