Tora Xie\uff08\u8b1d \u5929\u660a)from Shenyang, China, is a metal musician active in northeast China.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He is the lead singer and bassist of the Black metal\/Thrash Metal band “Acherozu\uff08\u51a5\u846c\uff09 “and is also the owner of Xie Guitars\uff08\u5f26\u8005\u697d\u5668\uff09in Shenyang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Influenced by bands such as Immortal, Marduk, Desaster, Slayer, and Morbid Angel, he fell in love with extreme metal and began to learn guitar and bass. He formed his band Acherozu in 2010, serving as vocals, guitar, bass, and responsible for the songwriting and the production to this day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In 2015, Acherozu released their first album “Uncrowned King \u7121\u5195\u4e4b\u738b” on Beijing Thanatology Productions. In 2019, they released their second album “Vendetta Ocean\u842c\u52ab\u4e4b\u6d77” on Talheim Records, Austria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In 2020, he started to hold metal shows every year in Shenyang under the title “Mukden Hot”, and became the spokesman of the American instrument bag brand \u201cCoffin\u201d in 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He established Xie Guitars in 2018, which is mainly engaged in musical instrument wholesale, retail, leasing, maintenance, teaching and other businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He not only focuses on the study of European black metal, but also strives to integrate Chinese historical and literary systems into metal music. Off the stage, he is also a low-key owner of a musical instrument shop and a performance promoter in his daily life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Acherozu, currently owned by PestProductions (\u761f\u75ab\u5531\u7247), has always been active in the Chinese metal scene for years with its outrageous stage performance and dark and chaotic music style. The theme of music creation has always been around traditional Chinese mythology\/Northeast Asian ethnic history wars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The two albums mentioned above have been exported to Europe, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, and other places, and have been praised and recognized by the local metal
fans. The band has held many domestic Tours, and has participated in a series of large-scale rock\/metal festivals in China such as\u201cStrawberry Music Festival\u201d, \u201cLove One Summer Music Festival\u201d, \u201cFall Burning Metal Fest\u201d, \u201cSonghua Lake Music Festiva\u201d, \u201cShenyang Star Music Festiva\u201d, \u201cHeaven On Fire Metal Fest\u201d. \u201cWuwanghai Metal Fest\u201d. and \u201cPest Productions 15TH Anniversary China Tour\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
At the same time, the band has also acted as the opening guest for dozens of internationally renowned metal bands on their Chinese Tours, had a profound influence and contribution to the atmosphere and development of metal music in northeast China.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For the local metal fans, Xie and Acherozu are not only the promoters of Chinese metal music, but also witnesses to the thriving of indie music in the Northeast. To this day, you
can still see Acherozu on stage in northeast China and be overwhelmed by their “Barbaric Power” live stage style.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
