Q. Can I replace parts with replacements from other brands? Will they fit?<\/dt>

A. Unfortunately, it is difficult to confirm the exact specifications of parts made by other manufacturers, so we are unable to provide information regarding compatibility with our products. If you are considering replacing a part with a part made by another company, please measure the dimensions of the part you wish to replace and compare them to the dimensions of the other company\u2019s product before making a decision on whether to replace it.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/dd><\/dl>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Q. Are Deviser\u2019s parts measured in inches or centimiters?<\/dt>

A. Parts of different sizes are mixed in both millimeter and inch standards. If you are considering replacing a part with a part from another company, please measure the dimensions of the part you wish to replace and compare them with the dimensions of the other company\u2019s product before making a decision on the replacement.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/dd><\/dl>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Q. How can I become an official Artist?<\/dt>

If you are interested in becoming a Bacchus artist\/sponsored artist, please send us an e-mail with the following information.

Q. Can I get this model order made?<\/dt>

Only customization that does not involve changes in the wood materials is currently being accepted. Please get in touch with your local dealer for more details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-STR Guitars<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We accept a wide range of customization, including wood material selection, parts selection, and custom inlays. Please get in touch with your local dealer for more details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-For other brands\/series<\/strong>, custom orders are not currently being accepted.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/dd><\/dl>\n\n\n\n

Q. Can I buy a replacement pickguard from you? Would a pickguard from a different brand fit?<\/dt>

Due to material shortages and other inconveniences outside of our direct control, we are currently unable to offer pickguard replacements. Different brands of pickguards are unlikely to fit so you can try this at your own risk. If you have a Universe or Global series pickguard that needs changing, your best choice is to use it as a mold to make a new one with a local repairman.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/dd><\/dl>\n\n\n\n

Q. How do warranties work?<\/dt>

– For those residing in Japan:<\/strong> Products purchased new from authorized Deviser dealers in Japan are covered by a warranty according to the time period specified for each product. For details, please refer to the Warranty page in Japanese.
For further details, please get in touch with the dealer from where you purchased your product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– For residents outside of Japan:<\/strong> Products purchased new from an authorized distributor or dealer in your country of residence are covered by the warranty according to the period of time specified by the distributor or dealer.
