FAQ

A1. Deviser does not sell directly to the general public. You can purchase our products from music stores that participate in the Deviser Special Showcase event on May 22. While we do not disclose which music stores have received which product listed on our feature website, you can search for the product names on e-commerce sites, or contact us directly through our Support Contact Form.
A2. Products from the Deviser Special Showcase will be shipped to music stores, including overseas locations, starting on or after May 22, 2026, and sales will begin at each store. Please note that some products may take longer to become available.
We will be exhibiting some of the models the Deviser Special Showcase at Sound Messe, which will be held in Osaka on May 16 and 17. For more details, please visit The Sound Messe feature site here.
We will not release footage from the Deviser Special Showcase held on May 22 there.
