Introduction
New “GS-HOLLOW” Series Featuring a Semi-Hollow Body
Based on Bacchus’s modern-style G-STUDIO, the Global Series introduces a new model, the “GS-HOLLOW”, featuring a semi-hollow body. The soundhole brings out a rich, resonant tone, and the lightweight design ensures a comfortable playing experience even during long performances.
Distinctive Soundhole
Featuring a soundhole that is slightly smaller than standard, it creates a sleeker appearance. This design also incorporates an elbow contour, a feature often omitted in semi-hollow-body guitars due to structural constraints. The design prioritizes not only aesthetics but also playing comfort.
Unique Colors
We’re introducing three distinct color variations. The BR-S-MH, with its satin finish, is paired with a tortoiseshell-patterned pickguard, giving it a warm, furniture-like appearance. The BLU-S, also featuring a satin finish, comes with a black pickguard, creating a cooler look that makes the blue stand out. The S-SW-MH features a glossy finish that gently highlights the body’s wood grain. Each model features a headstock in a color that matches the body, further accentuating its unique character.
Maple Neck & Rosewood Fingerboard
This model features a standard maple neck paired with a rosewood fingerboard. It is characterized by a clear sound with an emphasis on the mid- to low-frequency range.
Graphtech®TUSQ Nut
The nut is a Graphtech TUSQ nut, which is highly regarded for both its functionality and sound quality. It also helps ensure stable tuning.
HSS Pickup Configuration & Coil Tap Blender
It features an original H-S-S pickup configuration that combines single-coil and humbucker pickups. The 5-way tone selector allows you to switch between tones, making it suitable for a wide range of musical genres and playing styles. It features a coil-tap blender, allowing you to adjust the coil-tap level on the bridge humbucker. Turning the knob all the way down not only produces a single-coil tone but also enables you to create sounds that fall somewhere between a humbucker and a single-coil pickup, thanks to its adjustable nature.
