Introduction

“WOODLINE”×PJ Model

From the Universe Series, we’re introducing the “WPJ” model, which combines a “WOODLINE” body, featuring an easy-to-hold downsized body, with PJ-style pickups. This allows you to switch between or blend two distinct types of pickups, expanding your sound-shaping possibilities more than ever before. The lineup includes four metallic colors shared across the BPPG (Black Pearl Pickguard) models, as well as the traditional OWH (Olympic White).

Original PJ Pickup Set

This model features a PJ-style pickup configuration, combining a PB-type pickup in the neck position with a JB-type pickup in the bridge position. By combining the powerful PB sound, known for its distinctive midrange, with the well-defined tone of the JB-type pickup, it offers a wide range of tonal possibilities and the versatility to handle any genre.

Black Pearl Pickguard (BPPG)

As its name suggests, the “Black Pearl Pickguard” is designed to evoke the lustrous white gloss and elegant black hue characteristic of black pearls. Its refined texture and substantial presence lend the model a sophisticated aura.

Roasted Maple Neck

■About Roasted Maple

Roasted maple is a type of wood that has been heat-treated at high temperatures to evaporate moisture and oils, artificially replicating the aged state of natural wood. Wood that has undergone this aging process is less prone to warping and twisting. When used for the neck, this material offers not only enhanced stability but also improves the sound, producing a rich, natural resonance and a mature, vintage-like tone. While typically found in high-end models, we have successfully made it available at an affordable price point.
