A new edition is coming to the Bacchus Universe Series, it’s the -BPPG- series, a spot-production series that features a black pearl pickguard, which is where the “BPPG” name comes from.
The luxurious black pearl pickguard combines with the metallic finish of the available colors to create a sophisticated and cool look. The vibrant yet soothing design creates instruments that have a strong presence on stage.
Black Pearl Pickguard
As the name suggests, the “Black Pearl Pickguard” used for this spot production model is inspired by the white luster and elegant black color of black pearls.

BST-2-RSM
The BST-2-RSM model is a particularly popular model in the Bacchus Universe Series. It features an SSH (single-single humbucker) pickup arrangement. The bridge humbucker is equipped with a coil tap function, allowing it to be used as a single coil pickup, contributing to this model’s wide range of sound creation.
BTE-2-RSM
The -BTE-2-RSM- model features a TL body shape but with a P-90 type neck pickup. This is the first model to feature a rosewood fretboard, giving it a tight appearance that matches the vibe given by the black pearl pickguard.

BJB-1-RSM
Bacchus Universe Series’s staple bass model, the -BJB-1-RSM- is also included in this lineup. The -BJB-1-RSM- also features a rosewood fingerboard, a first for a -BJB-1-RSM- model, which blends with the black pearl pickguard to create a neat and cohesive look.
Shared Specs: Roasted Maple Neck
All models feature the popular Bacchus Universe Series roasted maple necks.
Roasted maple is made by heat treating maple at high temperatures to volatilize the moisture and oils in the wood, thereby increasing its stability and rigidity. When used in the neck, the effect improves not only its stability, but also its sound, producing a rich, resonant sound and a vintage-like, aged tone.
