New models with a distinctive body shape have arrived!【Deviser One Day Guitar Show 2025】

It’s about two weeks until this year’s “One Day Guitar Show 2025.”
This article offers a sneak peek at the new products scheduled to appear at this event! The model we’re introducing this time features a distinctive body shape that leaves a lasting impression at first glance.
While we cannot reveal the full picture in this article, we will introduce each specification a bit at a time. We hope you enjoy imagining what the final product will look like.

The “Bacchus” headstock that symbolizes the brand itself

First, let’s introduce the headstock that symbolizes the “Bacchus” brand. The black-colored head bears the inscription “Bacchus Global Series.” This model appears to be part of the series, which achieves high cost performance through meticulous setup by domestic craftsmen despite being manufactured overseas.

Set-neck construction

The joint between the neck and body is confirmed to be a set neck construction. Compared to bolt-on construction, set necks require more labor to build, but they offer advantages such as enhanced sustain due to direct transmission of string vibration to the neck, and higher vibration transfer efficiency that maximizes the body’s resonance.

Pickup & T.O.M (Tune-O-Matic) type bridge

This time, we’re unveiling two models featuring different body top color schemes and alternate pickups.

The model pictured on the left features a natural finish that highlights the body top wood’s inherent color, equipped with two humbucker pickups. Utilizing ferrite magnets adds a clear, resonant nuance to the sound, offering excellent projection among humbuckers.
The sunburst-colored model pictured on the right features pickups known as “Gold Foil” types. These were also used in vintage Japanese guitars, lending the actual instrument a retro feel. The magnets are Alnico 5, resulting in a warm sound character.

Both models feature a T.O.M. (Tun-O-Matic) bridge design. Without a tremolo unit, string tension remains stable for improved tuning stability. This mechanism also allows string vibrations to transfer directly to the body, providing an enhanced sustain.

Spruce body top with F-hole

Finally, here’s the last picture we’ll show you. Each model features a hollow body with an F-hole. The body top is made of spruce, a classic choice for acoustic guitars, and combined with the hollow body, it seems designed to deliver an airy, resonant sound.

Full reveal on Saturday, November 22!

What do you think? Based on the information so far, this new model features details reminiscent of the “BARON-JAZZ” model currently available in the Bacchus Global Series, aside from the set neck. Be sure to check out the full details on the special event website on the day of the event!
