“GIN-SUNRISE,” the new signature model from Marco, guitarist of “Yome to Ore”, a band that has gained immense popularity thanks to the couple’s perfectly synchronized guitar playing.
Unlike the previous GIN-FORCE model, which was designed for universal appeal, this new model is the result of a painstaking effort to create Marco’s ideal metal sound, with specifications re-examined from the ground up to better reflect his personal preferences.
SPECS
GIN-SUNRISE/RSM
MSRP・・・ JPY 130,000(w/o taxes)
FEATURES
Design
“Gin-Shu / Gin-Vermilion Orange,” a color specially formulated for this model.
Based on the color of the guitar (Momose MC1-STD) that Marco received from a longtime friend, we completed this design after numerous trials to recreate the unique patina resulting from its aging. The reddish-orange hue, reminiscent of the morning sun, is the inspiration behind the model’s name.
Pickup
The “Gin Buck 4,” an original pickup for this model featuring Alnico 4 magnets.
It was developed with the goal of retaining a pleasant high-frequency character even with a heavily distorted setting. Among several prototypes, the one that Marco’s wife and partner, Yome-chan, approved as “the true Marco sound” was ultimately selected for production.
Bridge
Features a T.O.M. (Tune-O-Matic) style bridge.
The high string anchor point and a design that effectively transfers string tension to the body produce a tight, resonant tone. The neck angle is adjusted to allow for string action adjustment depending on the bridge height.
Body
We deliberately eliminated the contours and adopted a flat body shape that resembles a “slab” of mahogany, left in its natural state.
Designed with the simple concept of “transmitting string vibrations to the wood” in mind, it features a Tune-O-Matic-style bridge.
The binding around the top and back adds a stylish accent.
Fret
Features jumbo-sized frets, the largest available.
It makes hammer-ons and pull-offs easier to perform, and its comfortable fret feel allows for smooth fingerwork.
We chose nickel silver for its well-balanced sound.

COMMENTS
In a way, I consider this to be the true signature model. —– Yometore Marco
First, I would like to express my gratitude to the Deviser team who developed this, as well as to everyone reading this article.
I believe this signature model is, in a sense, a true signature model.
While the first GIN-FORCE was created with the concept of “a guitar anyone can enjoy”, this model is packed with the elements that “Yome to Ore’s Marco” deemed “essential to the Yome to Ore sound.”
It might not be the easiest guitar to play for the average person, but I’m convinced it produces a sound that can only be achieved with this instrument.
And this original “Silver-Vermilion Orange” color, which you won’t find on any other guitar, looks absolutely awesome, so please check it out in person—not just in photos!
I hope they become your best partner too!
