Important notice about warranty for Momose products outside of Japan

For users outside of Japan, we recommend purchasing Momose products from your country’s local dealers. Momose products purchased in new condition from authorized dealers are covered by our dealer’s quality guarantee.
The warranty for Momose products purchased in Japan or from Japanese stores is valid only in Japan, as stated on the warranty card included with the product. Please understand that Momose products privately exported or taken out of Japan to other countries are not covered by the warranty.
