A special edition model featuring anodized parts and an oil finish is here!【Momose Custom Craft Guitars】

Momose, handcrafted by artisans at the Aska factory, is introducing a special edition model featuring vibrant anodized parts. In addition to its focus on playability and sound quality, the white oil finish creates a beautiful harmony with the colors of each part. We have selected four models with alder bodies and rosewood fingerboards, creating a lineup of eight models in total that incorporate anodized parts in two colors: red and blue.

Anodized Parts

Each model comes standard with an anodized pickguard featuring an eye-catching, beautiful hairline finish. While this feature is typically associated with gold, we’ve chosen two vibrant colors: red and blue. On the MC model, the backplate is also anodized and features the classic Momose logo used in the brand’s early days.

Oil Finish

For the finish, we’ve chosen a white oil finish that really brings out the colors of the parts. The headstock is color-matched, and the brand logo is painted the same color as the parts, creating a sense of design cohesion. In terms of sound, the thinner coating compared to a gloss finish allows for a more direct, resonant tone.
